Elizabeth Falcon, Psy. D

Dr. Elizabeth Falcon was named Vice President of Mental Health Services for CHM, HPL and CHC in 2007. From 2001 to 2007, she served as HPL’s Director of the Department of Mental Health.

Prior to joining HPL, Dr. Falcon was a postdoctoral psychology fellow at the Isaac Ray Center at the Cook County Jail in Chicago, Illinois. She also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Chicago State University / Olive-Harvey College and completed an internship at Cermak Health Services of Cook County working in Chicago’s Cook County Jail.

Dr. Falcon earned her bachelor’s degree from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois and her doctorate of psychology/clinical psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Rolling Meadows, Illinois.
