Todd Murphy

Todd Murphy is the Director of Business Development with CHM and is responsible for facility relationships and business development  in Texas, Arkansas, Arizona, Oklahoma and New Mexico. Prior to joining the CHM team, Mr. Murphy was a Senior Account Executive for Securus Technologies/Evercom Systems in Dallas.

Mr. Murphy also worked for Unificare/Justice Benefits in Dallas as a Regional Account Manager. In this role, he received the CEO Most Valued Team Member Award and was named Employee of the Month four times.

Mr. Murphy is a proud member of the National Sheriff’s Association, American  Jail Association, American Correctional Association, Western States Sheriff’s Association and each of his State Associations. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology/Community Service from the University of North Texas.
