Founded in 1997 by husband and wife team Chris and Cristina Capoot, CHM has grown from the ground up, one inmate and one facility at a time. Under the Capoot’s leadership, CHM has flourished and now serves more than 73 facilities in 10 states and continues to grow.
CHM’s corporate management team has more than 50 years of combined experience providing inmate healthcare services. We create and develop state-of-the-art correctional medical programs for facilities by implementing cost effective, comprehensive inmate healthcare programs. We are an integral part of your team. Our on-site healthcare staff works hand-in-hand with the facility on a daily basis during the transition phase to ensure the highest quality of healthcare services are being provided within the determined budget constraints. CHM is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, offering immediate attention in case of emergencies.
CHM recognizes that the best way to ensure client satisfaction and delivery of quality healthcare services is thorough a commitment to professional support. Our field support team has more than 100 years of combined correctional healthcare experience.
CHM has implemented quality improvement, infection control and accreditation program manuals as part of our dedication to providing our healthcare support staff with on-going, in-service education. We also provide our practicing professional staff with clear day-to-day guidelines that enable them to provide the most cost effective medical services.
